Created from idea to design, end-to-end, for the Zepto and Juspay Passkeys collab. The goal was to not let a 4-day timeline hold us back from leveraging Zepto’s vibrant colours or keep our creative ideas from taking form. With a script that captures perfect comedic timing and AI to cut down sketch time, we pulled it off!
Final frames
Match night with friends crashed by an uninvited guest? That too a bug?! One tap, one face scan and the payment is done before it reaches you or your popcorn.
How we leveraged AI
After designing the characters from scratch in Figma, we put them into ChatGPT and Nano Banana, explained our story and asked them to create frames.
Gap
Both ChatGPT and Nano Banana lacked the character styles we needed despite the character sheet. They added their own style, with inconsistent characters and visuals.
Design pivot
We took advantage of the poses AI created, and since our characters were originally made in vector pieces, we were able to design all frames faster and ship. Collaboration with each other was the key for us on ship day. Divide and rule, they say!
